Who we are at Rite 2 Rise

Rite 2 Rise is a youth support organisation based in Darwin, Northern Territory, delivering preventative and restorative programs for young people across the Territory. We use strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches to help young people build confidence, connection, and a genuine sense of belonging in community and on Country.

Our work spans therapeutic mentoring and respite for NDIS participants and children with disability, youth enterprise and community projects that build real-world employability skills, a flagship circular economy micro recycling factory operated by young people, free government-funded initiatives like the LAUNCH Night Series and Reel Connections Fishing Club, and a Digital Youth Hub that keeps remote young people connected when distance, weather, or circumstance keeps them off Country.

We exist for young people, particularly those at risk of disengagement, homelessness, or justice involvement, as well as their families, carers, schools, and the organisations that support them. Every program is designed around the needs of the young people we walk alongside, with cultural safety, wellbeing, and genuine relationships at the centre.

Rite 2 Rise is built and run by a dedicated crew of youth workers, mentors, and community members in the Northern Territory, proudly partnered with local organisations, funded by the Northern Territory Government and the City of Darwin, and recognised as a Territory Proud business. We are committed to walking alongside young people as they rise.
