Last updated: October 2026
Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of rite2rise.org and the Digital Youth Hub, operated by Rite 2 Rise ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the site or registering for a program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Our services
Rite 2 Rise delivers preventative and restorative programs for young people in the Northern Territory, including therapeutic mentoring and respite, youth enterprise and community projects, the Scraps 2 Staples micro recycling factory, free government-funded initiatives, and the Digital Youth Hub. Program availability, eligibility, and cost vary and may change without notice.
Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, the Digital Youth Hub, or our systems. We may suspend or remove access for anyone who breaches these terms.
Registrations and referrals
When you register for a program or submit a referral, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Participation in any program is subject to availability, eligibility, and our assessment processes. For NDIS-funded services, participation is also subject to your plan and relevant pricing.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, logos, images, and program materials, is owned by or licensed to Rite 2 Rise and protected by Australian and international laws. You may share links to our pages but may not copy, reproduce, or republish content without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rite 2 Rise is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, except where caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the site or the Digital Youth Hub.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. The date above shows when they were last revised.
